Egyptian guards kill African migrant near Israel border

Egyptian border guards shot to death an African migrant and arrested three others in separate incidents near the Israeli border on Wednesday.
An Egyptian security official said the dead migrant refused to surrender to guards while trying illegally cross into Israel.
The official also said that an Ivory Coast national was arrested while two Ethiopian women were also caught at two different locations near the Egypt-Israel border.
