Three Hamas legislators and a Cabinet minister from Jerusalem are considering legal action against Israel's decision to revoke their residency rights in the city in response the deadly Palestinian suicide bombing, one of the legislators said Wednesday.
Israel decided Tuesday to strip the four of their Israeli-issued identity cards, which grant them permanent residency in Jerusalem and freedom of movement in Israel. The decision came after the Palestinians' Hamas government refused to denounce Monday's bombing by another group, Islamic Jihad.
