Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh said Saturday that there was "lots of movement" in negotiations over the release of Cpl. Gilad Shalit who was kidnapped by Hamas terrorists in June.
The prime minister, belonging to the Hamas movement, spoke before a meeting with Egyptian intelligence officials involved in the negotiations.
