A remotely piloted aircraft of the Israel Air Force (IAF) was downed in Iranian territory, the IDF stated on Monday morning.

The IDF added that there was no fear of an information leak.

This would mark the fourth aircraft to be shot down since the start of the campaign in Iran, Israeli public broadcaster KAN reported.

In a previous instance, US forces shot down an Israeli drone after a misidentification error, KAN added.
