Chemical materials amassed by Hizbullah and stored in south Lebanon for use as a weapon against Israel have leaked, and have caused many children in the area to get sick, a Kuwaiti newspaper reported on Thursday. According to the report, Lebanese sources told the paper that the leak occurred because the chemicals were not stored properly. The sources said that once Hizbullah operatives discovered the leak, they were able to contain it. They have not, however, managed to entirely clean up the contaminated area, the sources said.
