PA pleased with Obama's statements but disappointed by Netanyahu's

The Palestinian Authority expressed satisfaction with US President Barack Obama's statements regarding the two-state solution. The PA, on the other hand, voiced disappointment over Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's remarks after the meeting with Obama. Nabil Abu Rudaineh, a spokesman for PA President Mahmoud Abbas, said that while the Palestinians were "encouraged" by Obama's position, they were nonetheless disappointed by the views expressed by Netanyahu.
