'PA security has busted Hamas cells planning to seize PA institutions in W. Bank'

Palestinian Authority security forces have busted a number of Hamas cells in the West Bank, PA Interior Minister Abdel Razak Al-Yahya said in an interview published Sunday.
Yahya told the Kuwaiti newspaper A-Rai that the cell members had armed themselves and were training to seize control of PA institutions in the West Bank.
