A Palestinian security official was wounded Saturday in a shooting attack on his car in a Gaza refugee camp.
There was no claim of responsibility for the attack in the Jebalya refugee camp in northern Gaza.
The official, Yousef al-Sholi from the Preventive Security Service, was hit by four bullets in the legs, according to security and hospital officials.
The motive for the attack was not clear. However, more than 140 people have been killed and hundreds wounded in months of infighting between Hamas and Fatah. The Preventive Security Service is allied with Fatah.
