Syria-based Hamas leader to attend Palestinian reconciliation conference

Top Damascus-based Hamas leader Moussa Abu Marzuk will travel to Egypt to attend a Palestinian reconciliation conference in Cairo on Tuesday, Israel Radio reported.
According to the report, Marzuk will lead the group's delegation at the conference.
