Baruch Spinoza was a Jewish thinker who argued that scriptures do not have a divine origin but were written by men. He also thought that while there is divinity, it is in fact infinite and does not concern itself with the affairs of humans.

For these views and others, he was excommunicated by both Jews and Christians. He is lauded as one of the founding figures of secular thought and modern philosophy. Admission is on a pay-what-you-may basis. Sign up via www.yonatannir.com/spinoza.
