"Tel Aviv here I come!" she wrote in the caption to a short recording addressed to Israeli entertainment reporter Guy Pines.The blonde bombshell, 35, posted an brief eight-second video to Twitter and Facebook on Friday in which the multi-platinum Grammy Award-winning icon speaks of her excitement for her first gig in the Jewish state. "Hi Guy, we're getting super close to the show now - July 3 at Park Hayarkon - I can't wait to see you all there and hope you're all ready to party," she said in the clip.
The pop diva's performance in Tel Aviv will serve as the last stop on the Asian leg of her international summer tour. She is scheduled to fly to Las Vegas immediately after the Tel Aviv concert, where she holds residency at The Axis - Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Recognized as the reigning queen of pop in the 1990s and 2000s, Spears has sold nearly 150 million records worldwide.
