Twitter users skewered ABC News anchor Diane Sawyer over the weekend after she errantly referred to a Palestinian family seen in footage of the aftermath of an IDF attack on Gaza as Israeli victims of Hamas rockets.Sawyer invited ridicule with the error in her intro to a report on the developments in the region, with pro-Palestinian Twitter users mocking the anchor with sarcastic tweets regarding the five-day operation that has thus far claimed the lives of over 100 Palestinians. The Twitter hashtag #TweetLikeABC generated thousands of entries from pro-Palestinian supporters who lambasted the American news network for the error.
