'Britain weighing talks with Hizbullah in light of Lebanon's developments' Staff
The British government is prepared to engage Hizbullah, Foreign Office Minister Bill Rammell announced on Wednesday. Reuters reported the minister as telling a parliamentary committee that the act was being considered in light of "more positive developments within Lebanon." A spokesman for the Foreign Office said that the British government would try to convince Hizbullah to "move away from violence."
