PM visits Allenby Terminal to examine extended operations Staff
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Vice Premier Silvan Shalom and Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz today visited the Allenby Border Terminal on Tuesday in order to examine the implementation of the July 8 decision to extend the crossing's operating hours for Palestinian goods. Netanyahu instructed officials to also increase the operating hours for the passage of people from Israel to Jordan, for a two-month pilot period, the Prime Minister's Office said.
