Dorner attacks court censorship decision
By JPOST.COM STAFF
04/06/2010
Press Council president, former Supreme Court Judge Dalia Dorner has harshly attacked a magistrate's court decision to prohibit publication of a story concerning journalists refusing to reveal sources.

The motion to supress the item was brought forward by the Shin Bet [Israel Security Agency] in response to the affair being revealed by Pulitzer Prize winner Judith Miller and published worldwide. The court's decision prevents local news networks from covering the story.
