Left-wing activists arrested after scuffle with Nahal troops

About a dozen left-wing activists were arrested on Saturday on suspicion of attacking Nahal Brigade soldiers in the southern Hebron Hills earlier in the day.

Apparently, the activists were walking alongside Palestinian shepherds when the party encountered the troops. According to the suspects, the soldiers tried to banish the shepherds from area, attacking the activists in the process.

The suspects said one activist was lightly injured in the scuffle.
