Iran says nuclear fuel swap still possible

TEHRAN  — Iran state television has quoted Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as saying Tuesday that a nuclear fuel swap proposed by Turkey and Brazil as a solution to the standoff with the West is still possible.
The report said Ahmadinejad told visiting Turkish parliament speaker Mehmet Ali Sahin that the agreement is "alive and will play a role" in future talks.
