Salafi calls for sit-in to protest vote disqualification
CAIRO - Islamist preacher Hazem Salah Abu Ismail on Tuesday called for a sit-in on Tuesday outside the offices of an electoral commission that disqualified him from Egypt's presidential election and several hundred of his followers began to gather there to protest.

"I was staying at home awaiting the decision, but after this game via which they want to divide the nation, I will not leave this place," Abu Ismail said upon arriving at the election commission headquarters.
