Hapoalim's Ziv gets 3-year extension

A special committee - to be appointed by Hapoalim's board - will make recommendations regarding the future pay of Ziv, and other executives.
Zvi Ziv will remain CEO of Bank Hapoalim for another three years, according to Hapoalim chairman Shlomo Nehama, who used his announcement to deny claims that there was any disagreement between Hapoalim's Israeli and American shareholders regarding Ziv's extension. "Zvi Ziv has had the total support of the board over the last three years, and will continue to run the bank with … my full support as chairman,"said Nehama. A special committee - to be appointed by Hapoalim's board - will make recommendations regarding the future pay of Ziv, and other executives.
