Two children in a family of six were very seriously injured in a fire in an apartment in Jerusalem Monday morning.
Two children in a family of six were very seriously injured in a fire in an apartment in Jerusalem Monday morning. The mother and two other children in the family were lightly injured. The father sustained moderate injuries. According to Channel 2 television, police suspected that the fire began after the two children, aged two and six, played with matches. The apartment, located at Shmuel Hanavi 1, in an ultra-Orthodox neighborhood of the capital, sustained heavy damage in the fire. All the injured were evacuated to Hadassah Ein Karem.
