Radio and TV host Yitzhak Shimoni passes away at age 87
Senior Israel Broadcasting Authority editor, radio and TV host Yitzhak Shimoni passed away overnight Monday at the age of 87.

Shimoni, one of the founders of Israeli radio and television, was the legendary host of classic game shows and programs Three Men in a Boat, Allegro, and The Mind Parallelogram.

He won the Kinor David prize, and the Israel Broadcasting Authority prize twice.

Shimoni will be buried on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Givat Shaul cemetery in Jerusalem.
