Obama keeps it kosher: What's cookin' at the White House Seder
President and First Lady continue tradition of hosting a Passover Seder; menu includes gefilte fish, haroset, kugel and more.

The President and First Lady will continue their annual tradition of hosting a Passover Seder at the White House. As in past years, they will use the Maxwell House Passover Haggadah, and the menu will rely heavily on family recipes provided by the participants.
The menu and a list of attendees are below:

Chicken Soup with Matzoh Balls
Salad of quinoa cooked in coconut milk with Tuscan kale and roasted yams
Wilted Spinach
Carrot Soufflé
Passover Noodle Kugel
Roasted potatoes with garlic and onion

Seared Salmon with Roasted Artichokes
Chicken with preserved lemons and green olives
Braised Beef Brisket
