Cooking with JPost: How to make vegan avocado and carob pudding
Chef Yochanan Lambiase shows you how to make an easy, refreshing and vegan-friendly dessert perfect for summer.

As Chef Yochanan Lambiase says, a real vegan revolution is happening in Israel. In this week's episode of "Cooking with JPost" we will learn how to make a vegan avocado and carob chocolate pudding - the perfect summer treat!

What you'll need:
  • 2 avocados (halved and scored)
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 tbsp carob powder
  • 3 tbsp organic brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Granola
  • Blender
Step 1: Blend, blend, blend

Step 1

Scoop avocados, bananas, carob powder and brown sugar into the blender. Add water and blend well.

Step 2: Chill out

Step 2

Pour the mixture into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Garnish

Step 3

Sprinkle the desired amount of granola on top.
