Court rejects Pollard petition against Eitan Staff

The Pollards had claimed that the appointment would anger the US and thereby jeopardize the spy's chances of being released. The High Court ruled that Pollard failed to prove his claim that Eitan had activated him and abandoned him when he was exposed.
