Abbas: Agreement reached on unity gov't's terms Staff
Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas said on Wednesday that an agreement had been reached with Hamas about the terms of the emerging PA unity government Abbas told the London-based Al-Hayat newspaper that the two sides were still discussing improving the security situation in the PA and an end to the Gilad Shalit saga. The PA chairman added that Egyptian efforts to secure Shalit's release were showing signs of success.
