Likud minister Elkin arrives for police questioning in Netanyahu case
Environmental Protection Minister Ze'ev Elkin (Likud) arrived on Thursday morning for police questioning in the ongoing investigation into corruption allegations between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Yediot Aharonot publisher Arnon "Noni" Mozes.

Elkin is expected to testify over his role in advancing the so-called Israel Hayom bill banning free newspapers, such as Yediot's rival outlet Israel Hayom.

Police have been investigating Netanyahu regarding allegations that he and Mozes sought to conspire to weaken Israel Hayom, which is owned by the premier's confidant, US casino magnate Sheldon Adelson.
