Syria: Question Hariri suspects in Golan Heights Staff
Syria suggested Wednesday night that the 6 six suspects allegedly involved in the assassination of former Lebanese prime minister Rafik Hariri be questioned in the UN headquarters in the Golan Heights. The special UN investigation committee on the matter recommended the inquiry take place in Lebanon, but Syria refused, Army Radio reported. A Syrian envoy representing the government was expected to meet the head of the UN investigation team shortly.
