"Brilliant youth from Acre, Or Yehuda, Netanya, Sakhnin and Safed presented innovative ideas and products born by people thinking out of the box," said Jerusalem Post CEO.
Netanya’s ‘Keep Up’ start-up team  came in first place in the annual Ted and Hedy Orden and Family Entrepreneur of the Year Competition, hosted by Unistream in Tel Aviv to showcase over 60 business ventures managed by 1,500 teens on Wednesday.

The competition attracted hundreds of entrepreneurs, ambassadors and government officials, who came to view the start-ups.

The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles and Unistream entered into a partnership to close socioeconomic gaps and make the start-up dream a reality for all Israeli youth.

Jerusalem Post Group CEO Ronit Hasin-Hochman participated in this year’s competition as a judge and said: "Brilliant youth from Acre, Or Yehuda, Netanya, Sakhnin and Safed presented their initiatives in different fields. They were innovative ideas and products born by people thinking out of the box and working toward a scalable enterprise."

"The presentations were all at a high level and some were done in fluent English. They all deserve our admiration," Hasin-Hochman said.
