Cable telecommunications company HOT said Monday it was looking to hire 600 new workers as it expands its customer service department.
Cable telecommunications company HOT said Monday it was looking to hire 600 new workers as it expands its customer service department. The move came as part of a decision to upgrade and improve customer services in all three of its triple-play offerings in television, telephone and Internet, the company said. The hiring spree will bring its customer service staff count to 2,300 and HOT has embarked on a NIS 1.5 million media campaign to attract the right people to achieve its goal.
