Iran's top nuclear official cancels trip to Munich

Iran's senior nuclear envoy will not attend the Munich security conference, where he was to have met with Western officials for the first time since UN sanctions were imposed on Iran, event organizers said Friday. Ali Larijani had planned talks with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Javier Solana, the EU's top foreign policy official, on the sidelines of the conference.
