Dichter says he'll vote against budget Staff
Public Security Minister Avi Dichter said in Sunday's cabinet meeting that in light of the "humiliating" allocation for public security in general and the police particularly, he would vote against the proposed 2008 state budget. "There are gaps that are incompatible with the [Public Security] Ministry's policy of increasing Israeli citizens' sense of personal safety."
