B-G Airport: Flights delayed after baggage handlers take breakfast break Staff
At least five takeoffs were delayed Friday morning by two hours on average at Ben Gurion Airport after baggage handlers decided to take a break for breakfast, Army Radio reported. In the past three days flights have not been purposely delayed after management promised to augment porter teams with more workers. However, the fact that number of extra hands is not on par with the workers' demands, prompted Friday's unofficial strike.
