Man allegedly involved in fatal Yom Kippur incident turns himself in Staff
A man who was allegedly involved in an incident on Yom Kippur in which a nine-year-old girl was killed after she was hit by an all-terrain vehicle gave himself up to police on Friday. The 21-year-old man, from the Lower Galilee village of Shibli, will be brought for a remand extension later Friday afternoon. He is suspected of traveling in the vehicle alongside the driver who was arrested immediate after the incident which occured in Kfar Tavor.
