The Jerusalem District Court rejected a request from Bank Hapoalim and Bank of Jerusalem to complete the financing of unfinished housing projects that were started by the now bankrupt Heftsiba construction company in Beit Shemesh, Ma'aleh Adumim and Har Homa.
The court said that a specially appointed director will facilitate an appropriate plan in order to complete the projects.
