Beresheet Tower, the mega-luxury residential project being built by the Kozahinof family in Tel Aviv’s Bavli neighborhood, offers a huge penthouse on each floor with an unobstructed view of the sea – with a standard and quality that can only be imagined.
Since appearing on the local real estate landscape in the 1960s, penthouse apartments have become the pearl of any residential project - the penthouse increases the value of the project and adds a unique prestige and aura, attracting a strong and quality population that contributes to the project's combination of residents.
Over the years the penthouses have been upgraded, and their standard of construction has become increasingly high quality, rich and prestigious.
The Kozahinof family is currently building the prestigious residential Beresheet Tower project in the Bavli neighborhood in Tel Aviv’s Old North. The tower will rise to a height of 43 storeys, which is 156 meters high, and will include about 174 units. It will be built in a Y shape, thus allowing all apartments in it to have a view of the sea or alternatively the impressive view of the large park in the neighborhood. The shell of the tower is curtain walls, which allow an open panoramic view in all directions.
The tower actually offers "villas in the air" - spectacular penthouse apartments on each floor with a main living space of 120-150 sq.m. without pillars, and balconies in the area of 28-56 sq.m. (depending on the floor). All such apartments will have an unobstructed view - both to the west and to the south. The apartments have above-average ceilings, with precise, meticulous and flexible planning that allows tenants to design them according to their needs and preferences. All the apartments in the project will be luxury apartments of a particularly high standard and quality and with a diverse mix - from 3-room apartments to 200 or more sq.m. apartments, including garden apartments and penthouses, as mentioned.
According to Moti Kozahinof, the project's developer, "Beresheet Tower presents an uncompromising and luxurious living experience that you have never seen before. It sets the most prestigious and high-quality standard in Israel in the penthouse capital of Israel."
Beresheet Tower is the only tower in the country that will include a luxurious lobby, wine cellar, business lounge, spa and Turkish bath, squash court, gym, private conference room, library and indoor swimming pool that is active all year round, and all this over a four-story underground parking lot with an area of about 14,000 sq.m., all being done through green and ecological construction, using environmentally friendly materials.
Kozahinof notes that "the buyers are Israelis and foreign residents who know how to appreciate quality and are looking for the perfect living experience that combines a perfect location with the most prestigious standard of living imaginable. The ability to offer a penthouse apartment with a view of the sea on each floor makes the Beresheet Tower especially attractive to the target audience."
The design of the tower was led by architect Rachel Feller from the Moore Yaski Sivan architectural firm, one of the leaders in Israel. The composition of the planning team combines on the one hand a veteran team with many years of experience in planning some of the projects with the largest scope and complexity carried out in the country, and on the other hand a group of dynamic and talented young architects. Luxury interior designer Irma Orenstein, owner of a studio specializing in the design and architecture of luxury apartments and luxury buildings in Israel and around the world, has been added to the interior design team.
