Dov Sternberg of the Maccabi USA Karate Team jokingly spars with a young patient at Jerusalem's Shaare Zedek Medical Center during a team visit to the hospital on Sunday. The visit was part of a Maccabi USA initiative called Lev L'Lev designed to introduce a public service component into the athletes time in Israel. All Maccabi USA athletes have brought gifts with them to Israel which will be presented to pediatric patients and other needy individuals across the country.
