Mean Judeans beat Penticon 9-5 in the third of a best-of-three series.

The Dimona Mean Judeans won their second ISA softball championship by beating Penticon 9-5 in the third game of the best-of-three series on Tuesday at the Baptist Village. Penticon jumped out to 2-0 lead in the top of the second inning. However in the bottom of the second, Dimona got one back, and then the Penticon defense crumbled, allowing Dimona to score six runs with two outs off Penticon pitcher Ami Baran. Meanwhile, Dimona pitcher Yarone Ben-Israel, pitched out of jam after jam, stranding 12 Penticon runners and striking out four. Dimona's top hitters were Ahkahzyah Ben-Israel who was 3-for-4 with a triple and two RBIs and Benkie Ben-Israel who had two hits and two runs scored. Dan Marcus led Penticon with a 3-for-4 night and two RBIs and Daniel Maddy added two hits.
