Last weekend, the Ga’ash Golf Club hosted 132 club members and guests to a special nine-hole Individual Stabelford tournament sponsored by Berggruen Residential Ltd., builders of the Meier on Rothschild project in Tel Aviv.var zflag_nid='794'; var zflag_cid='1091/988'; var zflag_sid='122'; var zflag_width='300'; var zflag_height='250'; var zflag_sz='9'; Co-victors in the A Division, on 22 points, were Yuval Harari and Gary Van der Molen, with Harari taking the first-place trophy on the count out. In the B Division Eli Chitayat triumphed with 24 Stabelford points, followed by Itzik Ashkenazi with 23 points. Nearest-to-the-pin prizes went to David Ashkenazi on hole 4 and Reuven Agasi on hole 9. The sponsors of the tournament provided refreshments and gifts for the players and their guests in the hospitality tent on the lawns of Ga’ash. A raffle was held between all the players and Judy Reefe took home a round-trip air ticket to New York to meet the great world-renowned architect Richard Meier.
