Maccabi Tel Aviv has been fined NIS 25,000 as punishment for the players' conduct during the post-game ceremony at the State Cup final earlier this month.
After receiving their losers medals Maccabi's players walked off the court rather than waiting to applaud the Hapoel Jerusalem team on its victory.
Last week Jerusalem was fined NIS 5,000 after the club refused to allow coach Dan Shamir or any of the team's players to attend a pre-cup final press conference due to a dispute over ticket allocation.
