Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman stated on Wednesday that phone conversations he held with leaders in Germany, France, UK, Belgium, Bulgaria and Norway all brought about a consensus of condemnations for the kidnappings late last week.

Liberman published the statement on his Facebook page and added that he has kept diplomatic relations up to date with ongoing events regarding the kidnapping and Israeli-Palestinian relations in light of the recent Hamas-Fatah reconciliation.

"I have informed [Europe] I
srael is determined and will do anything to bring about the release of the three [kidnapped] youth and punish those responsible.

Liberman stated that diplomatic discourse with African nations brought rotund condemnation for the kidnapping and calls by African leaders for closer cooperation with Israel
against terrorism, not only in the Middle East but also in East and West Africa.
