Police seized two M16 rifles in the West Bank village of Anata on Saturday night, according to the Police Foreign Press spokesperson.
The weapons were found hidden within the walls of a house.

The police were tipped off, giving them reason to enter the village and search the building.

One 50-year-old Palestinian suspect was arrested.

Police said that operations will continue to prevent attacks and criminal activity from taking place.
