The HOT cable company will stop broadcasting CNN at the start of November, when its current contract with the news channel runs out. The Israel Council for Cable and Satellite Broadcasting announced Tuesday that HOT customers who decide to cancel their cable subscription due to the company's decision to remove CNN from its package will not be fined.
