Waltz With Bashir awarded Best Documentary by Directors Guild of America

The Israeli film Waltz With Bashir won the top honor for a documentary from the Directors Guild of America on Saturday night.
The movie, which is nominated for best foreign-language film at the Academy Awards, is director Ari Forman's animated study of a soldier struggling to recall suppressed memories of his involvement in the First Lebanon War.
