Thirteen activists who refused to evacuate the Shvut Ami outpost near the settlement of Kedumim in Samaria were arrested overnight Saturday. Security forces arrived at the scene in order to dismantle a structure at the unauthorized outpost after hundreds attended an event to celebrate the holiday of Simchat Torah at the outpost.
