Some quarter of a million people visited nature reserves and national parks during the Jewish New Year holiday.
Of these, some 120,000 visited organized sites and the rest went to reserves and parks in open spaces.
Approximately 30 thousand people made trips to the organized sites on Saturday, and about 70 thousand visitors went walking in the open areas.
