28-year-old arrested on suspicion of raping 17-year-old in TA nightclub

A 28-year-old Nes Tziona resident was arrested on Saturday afternoon, in connection with a complaint filed by a 17-year-old Kfar Saba resident earlier in the day. The girl said that she had been raped the previous night, at a nightclub at the Tel Aviv port. She said that she met the suspect while under the influence of alcohol, and went up to the bathroom with him, where he attacked her and raped her. The suspect will be brought before the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court for a remand hearing on Saturday evening.
