Police have arrested four teenagers on suspicion of severely abusing animals and posting videos of their acts on the internet. Kfar Saba Police's youth department launched an investigation after being made aware of the video by a member of the public. The youths, aged 17, of Gush Tel Mond, in the Sharon district of central Israel, are suspected of killing an animal during the abuse. The suspects do not have a criminal record. Their case has been passed on to Kfar Saba state prosecutors who will decide on an indictment.
