Four Arab youths between the ages of 13 and 16 were arrested outside the Old City in east Jerusalem on Wednesday morning after allegedly shattering the windows of several Jewish-owned vehicles with rocks, police said.

According to spokesman Micky Rosenfeld, at approximately 9 a.m. the teens targeted the parked cars, causing extensive damage before fleeing the area on foot.

Upon arriving at the scene minutes later, he said police found the four hiding nearby and placed them under arrest after initial questioning. No injuries were reported, Rosenfeld said.
