A 50-year-old pedestrian was seriously injured on Tuesday after being hit by a truck in Jerusalem's Neve Ya'acov neighborhood. The Magen David Adom team that arrived on the scene found the pedestrian unconscious and had to artificially respirate him. The victim was evacuated to the city's Hadassah University Hospital in Ein Kerem.
