A 60-year-old woman from the Haifa District's Kiryat Bialik was hit by a car and killed while crossing the road on Thursday.A Magen David Adom (MDA) team arrived at the scene and pronounced the woman dead. Police detained the driver and from initial investigation it transpired that the woman crossed a part of the road where there is a no pedestrian crossing.
